Knowledge Retention

Research shows that the Return on Investment (ROI) on event based learning is 5% to 10%. Individuals only retain 15% to 20% of the information from the typical workshop. By transferring the ability to adapt the content to an individual based on their Behavioral Profile (Individual Performance) ASCI increases both the retention and ROI.

ROI and Knowledge Retention both increase to 80% to 90% range if the content is revisited again 4 to 6 weeks after the event and the participant has the opportunity to practice.
